The Effingham County Health Department will offer free flu shots at a drive-through flu vaccination clinic from 2 – 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 12th. The flu clinic will take place in the parking lot of the Effingham County Annex, 768 Hwy. 119 South in Springfield. No appointment is necessary.
