Media-Smart Youth is a program designed by the National Institute of Child Health & Human Development. The curriculum is designed for 11-13 year olds (but we're opening it up to 5th-8th graders) and encourages healthy behaviors by helping them navigate through the media world & empowering them to make thoughtful decisions about nutrition & physical activity.
