Teens: Eat Smart and Stay Active
Move it!!
You don’t have to be a sports fanatic to get out and exercise. Exercise makes you look and feel good so why not …do something. Use our resources to find places in the community to exercise, tips and tracking methods to keep you on target, and programs to help you learn more about staying healthy.
Media-Smart Youth: Eat, Think & Be Active
Media-Smart Youth is a program designed by the National Institute of Child Health & Human Development. The curriculum is designed for 11-13 year olds (but we're opening it up to 5th-8th graders) and encourages healthy behaviors by helping them navigate through the media world & empowering them to make thoughtful decisions about nutrition & physical activity.
Learn more by visiting the Media Smart Youth website.
