The Coastal Health District is excited to announce that the Teen Talk program is back this summer! The Teen Talk program is an 8-week interactive program that provides youth with the skills to prevent teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS, with an additional healthy relationship component.
Teen Talk Program Overview
The program will begin Wednesday, June 1 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. At each session, youth will have the opportunity to win weekly door prizes and refreshments will be served. If youth attend 6 out of the 8 sessions, youth will be considered a graduate of the Teen Talk program. As a graduate, youth will be given a $25 gift card to any store location of their choosing: Teen Talk Gift Card Options

Forms can be returned by email to lekara.simmons@dph.ga.gov or by fax to 912-349-5697. A parent/guardian orientation session will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31. The orientation will be held at 400 Mall Boulevard, Suite G, Savannah, GA 31406.
